Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with EKKO Review Flow by EKKO Ltd. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription charge.

2. Recurring Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds for renewals after the initial 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis (for example, where the Service was not delivered or charged in error).

3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds for EKKO Review Flow by EKKO Ltd are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You have two ways to request a refund within the 30-day window:

Option A — Self-serve via Paddle (fastest)

  1. Go to paddle.net.
  2. Enter the email address you used at checkout and request the secure login link.
  3. Open the link from your inbox to access your purchase history.
  4. Select the EKKO Review Flow transaction you want refunded.
  5. Click Request a refund, choose a reason, and submit.

Option B — Contact EKKO Ltd directly

  1. Email info@ekkoltd.co.uk with the subject line "Refund request — EKKO Review Flow", or call 0161 549 4514 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm UK time).
  2. Include: the email address on your account, the date of purchase, the Paddle order or invoice number if you have it, and a brief reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and forward it to Paddle for processing on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation from Paddle once the refund is issued. Cancelling your subscription from your account settings at any time will stop future renewals.

4. Statutory Rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
