For data uploaded by businesses about their own customers, EKKO acts as a data processor on the business's behalf.

- Customer data: contact details that account holders upload in order to send review requests.
- Usage data: basic logs and analytics needed to operate the Service securely.

We use personal data to provide and improve the Service, to send review requests on behalf of account holders, to handle billing and support, and to comply with legal obligations.

We rely on contract (to provide the Service to account holders), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), and consent where required by law.
